Auro.
A cocktail bar’s next chapter, with the music still at its heart.
A familiar venue, a more considered identity.
Auro had grown into a cocktail-forward space, but years of different poster styles had left its visual identity fragmented. The task was to bring that language together for a maturing audience, while retaining the independent music culture people came for.

A system with room for atmosphere.
“Auro is You” puts the guest at the centre of the identity. The highlighted U makes that idea visible. Handwritten notes and Polaroid-style imagery make it feel personal, like someone has left a message for you.
The club’s high-end setting called for a language that felt polished but approachable: fresh, current and a little informal. Bai Jamjuree gives headings a clean, contemporary edge and Roboto keeps menus easy to read. The Series adds handwritten notes, Nerfos adds a single flourished letter, and Biro Script carries the campaign line.

A personal touch, in every detail.
The food and cocktail menus carry the same personal, informal tone. Cocktail tasting notes describe qualities such as creaminess, sweetness and umami. Short handwritten descriptions sit over the drink photographs, like notes left on a Polaroid.
These details make the menus feel considered and high-end without becoming formal. Across posters and films, the same language leaves room for different artists, nights and moods while keeping Auro recognisable.

Photography, art direction & space.
The identity extends into how Auro is seen and experienced. Warm light, tactile surfaces and close-up details connect the food, cocktails and interiors, while moments with people bring the energy of the space into the picture.
